Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m 28 years old with an 18 month old daughter and a little boy due in November. It has always been a dream of mine to own an online business, so between studying to become a Museum Curator, working part time for and online cheese and wine store, and volunteering at museums on my days off, I finally managed it. After many years of searching for mulled wine at every pub I walked past during winter, I started brewing it at home. It wasn’t until I brewed my first batch of mulled wine at home with a friend that I realised there are so many different recipes out there. I had no idea which recipe to follow – how much of each spice to add, which spices to add, how long to let it brew, what kind of wine to use – because every recipe I came across said something different! I spent hours and hours trying to settle on a recipe and decide which spices to buy. This planted a seed in my brain… I had to find the perfect recipe. The perfect spice combination, ratio, and brew time. Thus, Mull’d was born – my thoroughly curated and tested mulled wine spice kit and recipe!
