The heart-warming story behind Glow and Gifts stems from a personal experience back in 2016. Bianca had a good friend going overseas for the foreseeable future and couldn't find the right gift to say 'goodbye, I'm going to miss you, have the best time ever, and enjoy all the adventures' all in one. So, when the perfect gift wasn't available, the only solution was go out and create it! Bianca went out to source and purchase different products that were tailored to her friend and curated the perfect gift. When that wasn't enough, she went on to buy a stack of post-it-notes and wrote the reason she chose each of the products and stuck them on each item. There was a water bottle with her friend's first initial on it (so she would know that it was hers and encourage her to stay hydrated!), a pair of socks with cats on them (because she loves cats and also to keep her feet warm on the plane), and a tube of sunscreen (to help keep her fair skin safe in the European sun) - amongst a whole lot of other treats. To top it all off, Bianca wrote in a card and put all the products together, gave the gift to her friend to open at the airport as she boarded her flight to the other side of the world.
