My name is Matt Grisold, the founder of Coated Australia - which was created in 2021 after I made the gift of chocolate coated marshmallows to my fiancé, Tara, which then sparked the idea of creating a business that simply focused on selling chocolate coated bites. Sourcing the best ingredients and coupling that with premium, Australian made chocolate - we've been able to produce some irresistible creations. After being one of the head chocolate chefs at my families chocolate business for over 15 years, I've gathered the required chocolate and manufacturing knowledge required to create and run Coated Australia.
